Nancy Shores, president of Friends of the Hardin County Public Library spoke to our club on January 23, 2024. She presented information about the Dolly Parton Imagination Library which is dedicated to inspiring a love of reading by gifting books free of charge to children from birth to age five, through funding shared by Dolly Parton and local community partners in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Republic of Ireland. We appreciated her taking the time to speak to us and thank her for her dedication to this program.
